We are still awaiting ministerial approval for the Star Zinc agreement to complete. It was first announced on 16th August with 60 days to complete, and expendable by another 60 days. That would take us to 14th December if you count the whole 120 days.
They didn't mention a timescale in the last RNS, but I'm sure BMR and Bushbuck would like to complete the transaction within the original timescales. If that's the case I would expect an update next week.
I think we will break 8 before the years out. Does not matter anyway, nobody of any sound sense would sell BMR now. Come Q1/ Q2 its party time. I suspect production may come earlier than expected now AB is homed in. God speed to him.
That is the other method but personally Im holding on to every share and looking to strech myself. Others who are not able could take part of their entitlement. Either way with the billions we are heir to 6p, 7p, 9p will become irrelevant very quickly which is why Im getting them why I can.
The 42 day period starts the day the annual results are announced. According to the broker's note, these are being released in December, which is the same as last year (17th December ). Any day now, basically.
anybody have any idea when warrants will be anounced? Then from there 42 days I understand. I too spent my warrant money on this dip. I have no doubt Alex will make sure the SP is 9 and above by the close of warrants, otherwise they would not get took up. Just reviewing my finances to see if I can work somthing out. I know in a couple of years time I will be kicking myself If I dont.
