I've taken the offer and thrown another £1kish at the problem to half my average. Don't really have much confidence of getting my investment out again here, but if I get the extra shares, at least it will help get a better % of that original investment back. GLA and here's hoping it does travel somewhere north of 10p+ so that the 7p warrants offered actually do become beneficial to us mere mortal PI's who may have more some funds available at that point.
Let us hope it is a group of companies to include the likes of EPL and other subsidiaries rather than a few old fossils crooning on the X Factor Zambia. I expect there will be other news to follow - I really hope there is further news and soon.
I've taken up the offer, although fail to see how it was aimed at shareholders when i could have bought a day before for less... but as the saying goes "in for a penny in for a pound....and I'm fecking shedloads down....
I think it is good. BMR can now move on ... All resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Accordingly, the Company's name will change to BMR Group PLC (AIM:BMR), with the change expected to commence on or around 11 February 2016. The ISIN, SEDOL and TIDM will remain the same following the change.
