No probs. Yes, AB mentioned exciting updates, he seemed quite enthusiastic. Let's hope the updates live up to expectations... Watch this space.

Thanks for taking the time to post your phone call. Hopefully exciting times are just around the corner.

Looks like LSE have updated their system again. Since your post, I have a few messages saying post has been removed and recommended that I adjust my filters to view them. That made me chuckle - they have been put on filter as I have absolutely no interest in hearing what they have to say!

Hard to forget about the old money, as that/s when I bought in

And YES, it certainly is a 'different beast' from those days

It's probably best to forget about the old money, BMR has changed, it's a different beast. Let's just hope us long termers get to walk away with a profit some day... Been invested 6 years and 6 days today. I'd have to check the purchase receipt to see if it's been 6 hours lol.

Fair enough mate, don't blame you as it's been a long wait. We are fast approaching 5 months of suspension. Another week and this meeting should have taken place, hopefully an update will follow shortly after.

It's time to find out what the plans are and where BMR shareholders stand, no more BS (and I don't mean Blue Square lol).

A bigger plant and producing Vanadium from the off... Could the dream of 50p a share become a reality?

Fair enough, Your wording implied something imminent was about to go wrong (esp the post on Tues). Not saying it won’t, have no choice but to wait and see though. We do resemble “The Terminator”, no matter how much damage we take, we keep getting up (mind you, even he was crushed in the end!).

Cheers

The sums no longer work at 5tph, in my opinion. Unless Vanadium can swing it. I don't know the numbers to factor that in.

As for next week, it's best that we just wait and see.

I thought BMR was finished in April and they found a way through.

I reckon that's what the payment to BS was all about, extend/remove the conditions, allow us to produce Vanadium as soon as we commence production. I doubt very much that we will need to worry about the licence. JLP aren't in this to lose money, they're in it to make it!

The $800k payment might have been well worth it...Just hope the church gets a new roof out of it.

Nothing very specific. I just do not expect everything to be done in time to meet the license conditions. Perhaps JLP will be able to get an extension?

Cheers Bring, much appreciated. Just hope there is a spec of sincerity in what AB has to say & he actually does deliver something for us. Not sure what price would make me “happy” these days. Even the price at suspension when he took over (14pps) looks quite attractive, how I long for Vaper’s 50pps. Think many on here well remember the ramprastic 420pps from the Matt Fry spreadsheet, how we dreamed! Bigger plant would be great, processing V from the off even better. Not long to wait now (been said 1000’s of times over the past 7 years......).

Sidebar, you were forwarding gloom on Tues as well, any basis or specific view, or just general negativity?

Cheers

sidebar, I think even a 5tph plant would be very profitable (with the Vanadium sales), but when you consider we would only process 43,800 tonnes per year out of over 6m tonnes, it hardly seems worth it.

Something around the 10-15tph to start with would be much better and would probably bring down the production costs, even though the initial financial outlay for the plant build would be much higher - which begs the question; how will BMR pay for their share of the plant? I guess we'll have to wait and see...

Can you elaborate on "next week could be a difficult one" ?

No probs. Took a while to post it up as they took chat down for maintenance. Looks like they have changed the format. On the desktop version it now gives a list of names of the posters and the subject header. You can also click on more chat at the bottom to see the usual layout.

I have noticed Yazzwah has gone missing but I'm sure he won't be missed. Well done to those on the WRES and BMR boards for keeping him inline. I didn't even need to have him banned this time so that was a bonus lol.

Thanks, interesting.

As you know I was unconvinced as to how the project could make money with the plant as planned, so it is good to hear that JLP are trying to find a profitable route forward.

I am still of the view that the next week could be a very difficult one, but time will tell.

I asked AB about the dates of the meeting between JLP and the ZG. He said with it being Africa they seem to flex dates and it sounds like the meeting will take place next week. There have been multiple meetings recently but they can't keep announcing them, they try to stick to announcing more critical updates.

JLP have been in talks with ZEMA about producing Vanadium from the off, they are considering a few different ideas at the moment. JLP want to build a plant that is of the right size and generates good profit, they are pretty excited about scaling up. Sound like the plans have pretty much been finalised, he said wait for the announcement but the main focus is to build a profitable plant.

We have some BMR representatives involved who are based in Zambia. He tells me Colin is keeping an eye on things, doesn't sound like he's having an awful lot of involvement where BMR are concerned at the moment, I asked him what Colin is like, and he said he's a nice guy, he's difficult to get hold of sometimes as he's based in Dubai.

I asked AB what his plans are surrounding BMR and if he's going to stick around. He said he's got to deliver this for shareholders, it's important to him. We need a resolution going forward and, if he wasn't there, there probably wouldn't be much hope for the company. I said hopefully you can pull it off, he said absolutely, it's my job.

I asked him when are we likely to resume trading, he just said “over the next couple of weeks we have a pretty exciting work programme being developed in Zambia and we will announce that when we can.”

I asked about the remaining JLP shares we own, he said they don't have any intentions to sell any at the moment. He mentioned the lock in period and I said I thought that it had been lifted, he said it was only lifted to pay Blue Square? (I’m pretty sure we can sell up to 50% anyway after a 6 month period has lapsed, which it has).

On a final note I asked him what are the plans for the Star-Zinc JV, when are we likely to introduce the Zinc from there into Kabwe? He said that's the idea but it's at least 12 months away... He said keep an eye out for an RNS's and we are coming up to a critical time which is exciting...

Hazarding a wild guess here, but what if the next RNS from BMR is the announcement of a Board Change wth AB exiting and AS taking his place?

Andrew Sarosi may have stood down from JLP but he appears to still be Executive Director of Galileo Resources. How can JLP, GLR and BMR operate as individual companies when there are so many incestuous relationships going on between the Boards of Directors?
