FB, we keep telling ourselves all those apparent truths in the echo chamber of the LSE BB & similar places. The only truth we know is that our current sp is less than 40% of the suspension price 2 1/2 years ago

We have huge assets, why can't we get loose change to secure?

This is a make or break week for the company, make no mistake.

Sadly, both MA & AB seem to be making many & the long standing shareholders suffer financially.

If AB comes through, I'll chew on a fat slice of humble pie.

Cheers

He has lied, just a single proven example from the past stating we were "fully funded". I know he has to do what he has to do to keep the wheels spinning (and that's all he has achieved so far) doesn't mean anyone needs to make his excuses for him. Also I interpret the fact we were scheduled to be in production Q4 2016 as an outright lie, dress it up, say "TIA" or "but V, think about the V" I can help with the reasons and excuses, I just will not outright support AB no matter what.

Some people treat this like a football team getting angry at the supporters who point out issues when it's the manager who should be getting it both barrels.

Maybe I'm the only one who keeps scores and everyone else likes to have amnesia when it comes to his shortcomings. I went to last years AGM and JH said they expected the plant to be constructed by Christmas 2016, that was another lie.

FXL5 I hear all the great stuff about our asset base, where we are doing business, the V Jorc, the low cost of processing and the profit that could be made. I don't dismiss any of it. I just can't make sense of this great city guy Alex Borrelli with a hell of reputation who is well respected and i see that his background is in accounting and finance and I just expected this to be an area of strength, not to be in position of complete uncertainty.

I don't recall any lies being told. We may not be aware of all the i's and t's being dotted and crossed at all levels and we don't get a running commentary on progress. Alex has taken us from the precipice to the cusp of production and has met challenges and at times swerved along the way. We have yet another challenge or so we believe. We often talk ourselves into a negative situation and end up doing Alex's worrying when he does not appear to be doing the same. We have a fantastic asset base in a stable country let's give Alex the chance to both exploit it and also give something back to Kabwe. Maybe a Zambian listing?

AB has lied on a fair few occasions, so calling him a liar wouldn't be incorrect.

Some people have their head too far up his 'arris and need to try and see that he has not performed anywhere near the level advertised by his supposed good record with previous ventures. 3CB described this year well 'lurching from one crisis to another'.

The lack of detail is unnerving and anyone on any board who states they know what is going on are deluding only themselves. Personal view - if there were many good offers on the table AB would be talking them up and presenting as much information as possible, why hide good news?

Now I see my mistake, miss typed it should have said, he does NOT appear to be the sort of guy to lie. I have every confidence in what he has done finding and developing the process and IP.

Plumb, gives AB the chance to consider alternative offers while ACI are still at the table!
