Wanderlust - to be honest I haven't been as detailed as you with comparing the various releases. Sometimes it's better to cash in what you've drilled rather than drill an extra 50m and lose everything. Look at what happened next door with evaluating for 1 month. You can open up a can of worms.

Still trolling on this bb Fort Knox I see, however in the not too distant future I believe that Prim will be able to concentrate on their investments in a gold mine in Wales and freshly cut sandwiches in Australia when Angus buy out their % of hhdl.Win,win all round wouldn't you say lol.

Yes I get that Alan.it was a problem with the first well.also I thought the pay zone was at around 1000 mtr and they have gone down to 1700mtr around about Sherwood level of 1600 mtr.i know it's doubtful they will hit that but it has made me wonder about the original figures.rns states different depths to the ipo documents

In my opinion and calculations 2,000 bopd will be more than enough for a 250m mcap based on average oil & gas sector p/e, the stated OPEX costs, net profit level and a lower than current oil price. Happy days ahead.

Of course positive sentiment could drive the mcap that high before we hit production that high.

Then after these two wells we have a 3rd well at Lidsey and 3 more at Brockham in 2018 I suspect. Very happy months ahead.

Wanderlust - without having read the daily drilling reports, perhaps the LWD tools picked up the oil water contact zone getting closer and TD earlier than expected. You don't want your Well in the water zone as it will produce endless water and reduce your bopd.

I just wondered why they stopped at 445mtr when they said they were going for 500mtr.they find another untapped resource.at the end of the section that they were drilling.as they only need the running costs out of this well it seems to me that it would be a good idea to evaluate this new section rather than plough on into it

Fortknox - my post @ 23:09 2nd paragraph already answers your Kimmeridge question (please the posts carefully as I'm not going to repeat myself).

Only price I'm concerned about is 50p and then I can retire....what are your thoughts lol
