Wolf I am happy with all of that. But as someone who is perhaps 60% down do you not think that I am fully aware of the negatives and really don't need to keep hearing the negatives repeated endlessly!!!! But feel free if that is what you wish.

I want to know how I get my money back. Not an unreasonable approach I would hope that you would agree. So give me something positive ....

The negs are largely out of frustration, but I will trade if I can as well. Dor I never trade, angs I do but usually always have some left in, though not always (I did sell out here a while back expecting a retrace that didn't happen!)

Xmas cost me tens of thousands with the 40 bopd debacle, so you are preaching to the converted on frustration. However I will give them a break when they learn and stop messing up, I'm not expecting perfection BUT I am seeing mistakes that I view as avoidable. That said March should hopefully see the climb upwards. I still expect 50p plus this year, just wish they would get a wiggle on.

Don't take negs as an attack. I WANT them to do well, but they need to learn that's all. Also a sp 3 times higher would also be less nervy!

So I assume from your answer that you are in still? Good news.

As my average is around 30p and therefore with a long way to go before I even get my money back perhaps you will understand my irritation with folks that continually post negatively even when in a far better position than me. Didn't you invest on the first day? Average?

When did I say I didn't hold Angs?!

And dor can't do anything until the money comes in which is directly relates to angs, plus I can moan at leni directly. On twitter which I do for him to kick angs into action.

Wolf I appreciate that you have been here for years. So have I through DOR. And so have many others.

There has been a lot of (justifiable) negativity here recently. However not changing anything. Be st now to either sell or be patient and hold or take advantage of buying opportunity.

Just one question: you still hold in DOR but not in ANGS. Your posts on ANGS tend to be a little negative but you are not posting like that on DOR. Any reason?

enough is enough. nobody is above the law. drilldrop is not regulated, but it doesn't mean that they can keep posting false information like TW and dan levi but not face the law.

I think I remember reading somewhere that UKOG will pay the SCC 6" Gross of earnings, They don't seem to have much of a problem with the SCC.
We pay the Mafia, oops! strike that, The SCC nothing and we have nothing but problems.
Read into that what you wan't.
One other thing, Who in planning is giving Ruth one? No I don't mean that. The info. !!!!!!!

RE: UPDATED FAQ SECTION
Sun 20:26
Full text for the record:

9.Did the Council find your normalization application to be £invalid£?
No. As part of our normal process we are in dialogue with all of our regulators all the time. There are no issues with our application (Please see above, FAQ # 8) .

As part of the dialogue, the SCC requested additional details with two titles, Non Validation Issues and Validation Issues. Validation issues include notes such as £Application Form (Section 7): The Title £.. should read £Site Boundary Plan£ whilst under Non Validation Issues requests further details on additional equipment or HGV movements.

In sum, all are part of an ongoing process and dialogue we maintain with all regulators. There are strict regulations, highly technical equipment, safety concerns from both parties etc. The subject matter is dense.

Broadly speaking, the process for any planning issue is not as simple as having your passport stamped.

Angus Energy is pleased with the progress of the application. The company is working quickly and efficiently to provide the SCC with additional details and rectify any clerical errors.

Unfortunately, it makes a great headline. An activist website claimed it was £invalid£ in quotes. The site did not reference FAQs # 8. which is the subject matter of the headline. It had a single source, unnamed and published unverified sentences on a web page and no context.
