Zotefoams plc ("the Company")

Directors' Shareholdings

On 20 March 2011 the following ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") were released within the Zotefoams Employee Benefit Trust ("Zotefoams EBT") and are held on behalf of D B Stirling and C G Hurst under the 2007 Deferred Bonus Plan following the satisfaction of the service conditions and the third anniversary of the award:

D B Stirling                   16,574 Ordinary Shares

C G Hurst                    8,587 Ordinary Shares

Additionally on 20 March 2011 under the Company's LTIP plan for 2008 the following Ordinary Shares vested within the Zotefoams EBT on behalf of D B Stirling and C G Hurst following the determination of the performance conditions applicable to this award:

D B Stirling                   47,491 Ordinary Shares

C G Hurst                    33,178 Ordinary Shares

The Ordinary Shares released under the plans remain held by the Zotefoams EBT.
