Annual Report & AGM

Further to the final results announcement on 31 May 2012, Westminster Group plc (the "Company") announces that its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") to be held on 27 June 2012 have been sent to shareholders and both documents are available to download from the Company's website at www.wg-plc.com/investors/publications.

The AGM will take place at 3pm at the Company's new Longmoor Training Academy and shareholders will have the opportunity to take a tour of this new facility which is located at:
