Annual Report & Accounts 2011 and Notice of AGM
The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2011. The following documents are being mailed today to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:
· Annual Report & Accounts 2011
· Notice of Annual General Meeting
· Proxy Form
The Annual Report & Accounts 2011 and the Notice of AGM will also be available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
Vitec's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Tuesday, 8 May 2012 at the offices of FTI Consulting, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB.
