Resignation of Directors of the Company

Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam announces that, following a change of ownership in its investment manager, VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd ("VinaCapital" or "Investment Manager"), Mr. Horst Geicke and Mr. Albert Theodore ('Ted') Powers have resigned as a Non-executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Geicke was a founding member of VinaCapital and has been a Director of the company since its inception in 2007.  Mr. Powers, who is also a Director of VinaCapital, was appointed to the Board of the Company in October 2011.  Both Mr. Geicke and Mr. Powers have resigned as Non-executive Directors of VinaCapital following the change in ownership.

The Board will consult with the Investment Manager to appoint another representative of VinaCapital to the Board at the next Board meeting.

Commenting on the resignations of Mr. Geicke and Mr. Powers, the Company's Chairman Mr. Paul Cheng said "The Board and the Investment Manager would like to express their sincere gratitude to Horst and Ted for their contributions to the Company.  Horst's involvement in the Company, which reaches back to its establishment and admission to AIM, has been considerable.  On behalf of the Board, I wish Horst and Ted all the best with their future endeavours."
