Vietnam Infrastructure Limited (the "Company" or "VNI")
The Company announces that, at its close of business on 29 February 2012, its unaudited net asset value was USD190.4 million or USD0.47 per share. This represents a 1.2 percent decline from a net asset value of USD192.8 million or USD0.48 per share from its close of business on 31 January 2012.
