Death of Gordon Cassidy, Finance Director
URU Metals announces the death of Gordon Cassidy on 14 September 2011. Gordon was finance director of the Company.
Paul Loudon, Chairman of URU Metals said:
The Board is deeply saddened by the news and our thoughts are with Gordon's family at this time. Since joining the Board of URU Metals in 2008, Gordon made a substantial contribution to the development of the Company and will be missed by the URU Metals team.
Russel Swarts has been appointed as interim chief financial officer.
