Posting of Shareholder Circular
Further to the announcement made on 19 April 2011, the Company has, today, posted a Circular including a Notice of General Meeting to Shareholders (the 'Circular'). The Circular sets out details of the Proposals announced on 19 April 2011. The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Maxwell Winward LLP, 100 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7RE at 11.00 a.m. on 18 May 2011.
