The board of TXO was notified on 30 April 2012 that, due to the disposal on 30 April of 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company by Hill Street Investments plc ("HSI"), giving HSI a total holding of 10,000,000 ordinary shares, the beneficial holding of Tim Baldwin, Chairman of TXO, has decreased accordingly from 25,000,000 ordinary shares to 15,000,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.85% of the issued share capital of TXO.
