Director dealings

The board of TXO was notified on 24 April 2012 that, due to the acquisition on 17 April of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company by Hill Street Investments plc ("HSI"), itself notified to TXO on 20 April and announced via RNS on 23 April, giving HSI a total holding of 20,000,000 ordinary shares, the beneficial holding of Tim Baldwin, Chairman of TXO, has increased accordingly from 15,000,000 ordinary shares to 25,000,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.75% of the issued share capital of TXO.
