Appointment of Chief Executive

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Evans as Chief Executive with immediate effect.

Keith was appointed to the Board as Chief Operating Officer in February 2011 having previously been Group Commercial Director. He joined Tribal in October 2009 from Euromedic UK, a leading provider of clinical diagnostic services, where he was Chief Executive. Keith was previously managing director of Mercury Health, the healthcare business sold by Tribal in April 2007.

Commenting on the appointment John Ormerod, Chairman of Tribal, said: "Since the disposal of our Health and Government businesses earlier in the year, Keith has overseen the changes needed to equip Tribal to operate as an efficient business with a sharp focus on providing world class technology products and services to the education, training and learning sectors. Under Keith's leadership, Tribal's focus is now on growth and the delivery of sustainable value to our customers, staff and shareholders. The Board is delighted to confirm Keith's appointment today."
