Notification of Director or PDMR share interest

In common with all eligible employees, each executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') may participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares which are ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('shares'), which may be purchased using deductions from pre-tax salary either monthly or by a one-off lump sum. The board of the Company has been notified on the date set out below of purchases by the persons named below of Partnership Shares at a price of 1059p, on the date set out below, as a result of which such persons have the beneficial interests in shares set out below:-

The board also has been notified on the date stated below of the sale by the person named below of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), following the exercise of nil cost options under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan on the date set out below. As a result of this exercise and sale, such person has the beneficial interest(s) in shares set out below.
