Notification of Director or PDMR share interest

In common with all eligible employees, each executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') may participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares which are ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('shares'), which may be purchased using deductions from pre-tax salary either monthly or by a one-off lump sum. The board of the Company has been notified on the date set out below of purchases by the persons named below of Partnership Shares at a price of 1014p, on the date set out below, as a result of which such persons have the beneficial interests in shares set out below:-

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was also notified today of the purchase on 8 May 2012 by the persons named below of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), under the Travis Perkins Share Matching Scheme, at a price of £9.71. As a result of these purchases, such persons have the beneficial interests in shares set out below. In addition, the Investment Matching Awards over the number of shares set out below were made to such persons on 9 May 2012.
