('Telford Homes' or the 'Company')
Repurchase and cancellation of ordinary shares
Telford Homes announces that it has today repaid all outstanding loan notes in relation to the acquisition of Clifford Contracting Limited which took place on 23 June 2009.
As a result of the loan notes being repaid the Company has exercised its option to repurchase 1,130,089 ordinary shares in Telford Homes from the vendors of Clifford Contracting Limited for a total sum of £1. The Company has immediately cancelled these shares and as a result the total shares in issue have been reduced to 48,644,911.
