Board Changes

Telford Homes Plc (AIM:TEF), the residential property developer in East London is pleased to announce the appointment of David Campbell as its new Group Sales and Marketing Director from today.  Until 31 March 2012, this Board position was held by Sheena Ellwood who has stood down to pursue other interests, although she will remain with the Group advising on land acquisitions on a part time basis.

David Campbell, aged 46, has over 25 years' experience in the property development sector and has worked as a Sales & Marketing Director and Regional Managing Director for a number of major residential and mixed use developers, including the Berkeley Group, Barratt Developments and Wilson Bowden Plc. During these roles, David dealt with a range of products from traditional family homes through to complex urban regeneration schemes. As a result, he brings a wide appreciation of the development process and the importance of strategic planning for long term complex projects to Telford Homes.

Commenting on David's appointment, Jon Di-Stefano, Chief Executive of Telford Homes, said: "We are delighted to welcome David to the Board. He brings a fantastic industry track record and vast experience of the London market, which will prove invaluable to Telford Homes. David will be responsible for driving our sales and marketing strategy, which will include targeting both domestic and overseas buyers.
