Appointment of Group Sales Director

Tricorn (AIM:TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Leakey to the Board as Group Sales Director with immediate effect.

David Leakey, aged 51, has approximately 30 years' experience in the engineering sector and has held a number of senior sales roles in that time. For the past 27 years, Mr Leakey has worked at Norgren Ltd, the Motion and Fluid Controls division of IMI Plc. He has most recently held the role of Global Sales Director in the Energy Sector, with responsibility for the global business development of the company's products into the oil and gas markets.  Mr Leakey has also held the position of Sales Director in Norgren's Life Sciences and Automotive Sectors.

Commenting on Mr Leakey's appointment, Nick Paul CBE, Chairman at Tricorn, said:

"I am delighted to welcome David to the Board. He has a strong track record in working with and developing large blue chip customers and will play a key part role in the execution of the Group's organic growth plans."

Mr Leakey currently has no interest in the ordinary shares of Tricorn and has confirmed that there are no further matters that are required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
