The Board of Directors of Stewart & Wight plc are pleased to announce the declaration of an interim dividend of 7p per ordinary 5p share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2012 payable on 2 April 2012 to all shareholders on the register on 9 March 2012. The ordinary shares of the company will go ex-div on 7 March 2012.
