ACQUISITION OF TFR LIMITED trading as Taskforce Recruitment

Staffline Group plc, a national outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, today announces the acquisition of TFR Limited ("Taskforce"), a Peterborough-based recruitment agency.

The acquisition is in line with Staffline's existing business strategy of targeting selective bolt-on acquisitions to both expand their customer base and broaden their revenue mix.

Established in 1989, Taskforce, provides temporary personnel to a number of blue chip customers and local authorities throughout the East Midlands region, managed through a network of 4 branch offices and 7 OnSites and employing up to 1500 temporary personnel. Taskforce works in a wide variety of industrial sectors including Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Public Services and Food. It has also built a strong Specialist Driving division.

Staffline will build on Taskforce's solid customer relationships and believes the acquisition is well positioned to further expand the Group's successful OnSite platform.
