Director dealings

16 May 2012, Sinclair IS Pharma plc (AIM:SPH.L), the international specialty pharma company, has been informed that on 15 May 2012, Jean-Charles Tschudin, Non-executive Director, acquired 29,660 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at €0.33 per Ordinary Share. Following these purchases, Mr Tschudin is interested in 1,411,117 Ordinary Shares, 0.35% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
