Director's dealing

Sound Oil, the upstream oil and gas company with assets in Italy and Indonesia, was notified on 24 February 2012 that on that date Tony Heath, a director of the Company, acquired 1,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.4p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Heath holds 2,127,586 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
