SkyePharma Announces Change in Director's Details

LONDON, UK, 12 December, 2011 - SkyePharma PLC (LSE: SKP) today announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, that Dr Thomas Werner, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed from 29 November 2011 as a Director of Basilea Pharmaceutica Ltd which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
