Director/PDMR Shareholding

Robert Walters plc announces that Robert Walters, the Company's Chief Executive, and his wife, Simona Walters, have today purchased an aggregated total of 81,630 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Robert Walters purchased a total of 61,223 Ordinary Shares at a price of 245p per share and Simona Walters purchased a total of 20,407 Ordinary Shares at a price of 245p per share.

As a result of the above transactions, Robert Walters now has an interest in 2,181,480 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.85% of the Company's issued share capital.
