Board Change

Robert Walters, the leading international recruitment consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Hui to the Board as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2012.  

Carol Hui is currently the General Counsel and Group Company Secretary of BAA and is also a member of the Executive Committee. Carol has over 25 years' experience as a lawyer, during which time she has been a Director of Legal Services and Group Company Secretary of TDG plc, Deputy General Counsel at BG plc and Head of Corporate Legal at British Gas plc. Prior to joining BAA, Carol was a main Board Director and General Counsel of Amey plc.

Carol is also a Non-executive Director and Trustee of Action for Blind People and has previously served as a member of the Review Body on Doctors' and Dentists' Remuneration.

Robert Walters also announces that Russell Tenzer will be retiring from the Board at the company AGM, to be held in May 2012.
