Holdings in Company

This announcement is made in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ('DTR') contained in the Handbook of the UK Financial Services Authority, in particular with DTR 5 which is deemed to apply to Ruspetro Plc (the 'Company') under its articles of association. 

The Company was notified on 24 January 2012 by Crossmead Holding Limited, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 12,270,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 3.73 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 24 January 2012 by Limolines Transport Limited, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 99,150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 30.16 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 24 January 2012 by Makayla Investments Limited, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 37,277,584 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 11.34 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 24 January 2012 by Nervent Limited, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 38,040,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 11.57 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 24 January 2012 by Wind River Management Limited, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 22,860,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 6.95 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 24 January 2012 by Sberbank Capital LLC, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 10,362,632 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 3.15 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 24 January 2012 by Henderson Global Investors Ltd, in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its interest in 30,628,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 9.32 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
