Annual General Meeting

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2011, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 20 December 2011.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 25 January 2012 at the offices of KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds, LS1 4DW.
