Further re: Issue of Equity

Porta confirms that following admission of the placing shares this morning, further detailed in the announcement of 4 April 2012, the Company has 77,857,008 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
