Total Voting Rights

As a result of the recent Rights Issue and Placing set out in the Prospectus published on 22 February 2012 and in conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provisions, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's capital consists of 86,286,534 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 86,286,534.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
