Grant of Options

PDX(AIM: PDX) announces that, on 11 March 2012, the Company granted 300,000 options over ordinary shares ("Options") to Jeremy Pelczer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, and 200,000 Options to Richard Webster, Chief Financial Officer, under the Share Option Plan and 100,000 Options to Bernard Bulkin, non-executive director, under an option agreement (together the "Share Options").  

As a result of the Grant the Directors are currently interested in the following number of Ordinary Shares, representing the following percentage of the Company's issued share capital, and options over Ordinary Shares as follows:

One third of the Share Options shall vest on each of 11 March 2013, 11 March 2014 and 11 March 2015 provided that certain criteria are achieved, including the share price reaching 300 pence in respect of the first vesting date, 400 pence for the second and 500 pence for the third.  The Share Options have an exercise price of 100 pence.
