Grant of Options

The Board of Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer of the PDX_® platform technology, announces that, following the General Meeting on 25^th September 2009, Roel Pieper was granted an option over 1,227,740 ordinary shares in the Company and Quantum Holdings Limited (a company connected with Roel Pieper for the purposes of section 252 Companies Act 2006) was granted an option over 1,841,610 ordinary shares in the Company. The options were granted at an exercise price of 95p and can be exercised in part at the earliest on 1^st September 2010 subject to the achievement of certain performance and time vesting conditions.

Other than as stated above Mr Pieper has no interests in ordinary shares in the Company.
