Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 23 March 2010 from Mr J Heathcote that on the same day, he sold 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, Mr. J Heathcote has total voting rights of 5,072,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.8% per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
