Results of placing

Further to its previous announcement regarding a share placing, Norish plc today announces that it has issued 846,622 ordinary shares pursuant to the Offer to raise gross proceeds of approximately £253,987.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
