The Company was informed on 23 May 2012 that Mr Ravi Kailas,Chairman and CEO of the Company, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 79.3pence per Ordinary Share, on 22 May 2012 (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, Mr.Kailas owns a total of 94,250,575 Ordinary Shares(representing 57.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).  In addition, Mr. Kailas has an option over 9,090,889 Ordinary Shares, at an exercise price of 115p.
