("Mytrah Energy" or the "Company")

The Company was informed on 30^th January 2012 that Mr Alastair Cade, an executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 94.25 pence per Ordinary Share, on 30^th January 2012 (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Cade owns a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.006 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).  In addition, Mr. Cade has an option over 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares, at an exercise price of 115p.
