The Company confirms the allotment on 16 May 2012 of 13,256 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 888,551 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the final dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 1.51446 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 10 April 2012.

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the above issue the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue is 115,397,478 and the total number of B Ordinary shares of 25p in issue is 888,551 with each share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Murray International is 116,286,029.

116,286,029 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
