Please be advised that the next available Exchange Date in respect of Ordinary and Exchange shares, and 'B' Ordinary and 'B' Exchange shares in the capital of Marwyn Value Investors Limited is 14 June 2011.

The latest date for entering a request to exchange, together with required supporting documentation, is no later than 11.00am on 25 May 2011.

Any Depository Interests representing either classes of Exchange Shares and/or Ordinary Shares sought to be converted pursuant to the Exchange Procedure on the next Exchange Date should be transferred to escrow by the Investor (details of which will be set out in the Exchange Notices) at least 7 Dealing Days prior to the next Exchange Date, this date being 3 June 2011.

Any share certificate(s) in respect of either classes of Exchange Shares and/or Ordinary Shares held in certificated form and sought to be converted pursuant to the Exchange Procedure on the next Exchange Date shall be delivered to the Registrar by the Investor, at least 7 Dealing Days prior to the next Exchange Date, this date being 3 June 2011.

If the above documentation, depository interests and/or share certificates are not received by the respective parties by the dates specified above, the exchange will not be completed. Unless otherwise stated by the Investor, the exchange request will be rolled to the following exchange date upon receipt of all requested items.

Exchange requests will be processed subject to restrictions detailed in the relevant Exchange Notice.
