LSR Group pays out dividends

On July 4, 2012 LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG) paid dividends on ordinary shares of OJSC LSR Group for 2011.

The total amount of cash dividends paid was RUB 2,060,604,300. Dividend paid per ordinary share was RUB 20.00.

The decision to pay out dividends was adopted on April 5, 2012 by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the Board of Directors' recommendation.
