The Local Shopping REIT plc

 

The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 May 2011 it was notified by its independent non-executive director Nicholas Vetch that he had entered into an arrangement to transfer the beneficial interest in his holding of 2,873,563 Ordinary Shares in the Company to members of his immediate family.  No consideration will be paid for the shares to be transferred.  The recipients being connected persons, Mr Vetch will continue to be regarded as being interested in the transferred shares.
