ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS FOR 2011 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

London Mining announces that it has today posted the Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 and a Notice of Annual General Meeting to all shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of London Mining is to be held at the office of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL on 23 May 2012 at 11.00 a.m. (London time).

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
