Transaction in Own Shares

Livermore announces that it has acquired an additional 243,286 ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company will hold these shares in treasury for the time being.

The Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights following such repurchase is 282,284,637 and that there are a total of 21,835,764 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 282,284,637 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
