ANNUAL REPORT AND AGM NOTICE

Livermore announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 is being posted to shareholders today together with Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held at the offices of Travers Smith at 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL on 23 August 2011 at 10am.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 and Notice of AGM will be available on the Group's website at www.livermore-inv.com
