§ JANETTE AMES, SPOUSE OF RICHARD AMES, AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PURCHASED 10,000 ORDINARY SHARES OF 28?P EACH OF THE COMPANY ("SHARES") AT 175 PENCE PER SHARE ON 8 MAY 2012; AND

§ NICHOLAS RUST, A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY, PURCHASED 4,497 SHARES AT 168.9834 PENCE PER SHARE ON 9 MAY 2012.

FOLLOWING THESE TRANSACTIONS:

§ RICHARD AMES IS BENEFICIALLY INTERESTED IN 111,521 SHARES; AND

§ NICHOLAS RUST IS BENEFICIALLY INTERESTED IN 197,369 SHARES.
