Following the transfer, E P K Weatherall's interest in the 5,784 ordinary shares has changed from the interest of a connected person being Saltire Trustees (Overseas) Limited (the trustee of a family trust) to the interest of other connected persons being Bertram Edward Johnson Weatherall in respect of 1,049 shares and Stella Nony Weatherall in respect of 1,353 shares (adult children who share the same household for over 12 months); and Ruby Susanna Weatherall in respect of 1,691 shares and Honor Violet Weatherall in respect of 1,691 shares (minor children).

There has been no change in the total number of shares in which E P K Weatherall is interested.
