Completion of Open Offer
Directors' Dealings
The Company announces that pursuant to close of the Open Offer the results of which were announced on 3 August 2012, 1,544,349 New Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each have been admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00am today ("Second Admission").
Following the Open Offer, resultant interests of the Directors and significant shareholders in the Ordinary Shares of the Company are as follows:

Following Second Admission, the Company's issued share capital consists of 122,629,879 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that the total number of voting rights in the Company is 122,629,879.
