VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

At close of business on 30 May 2012 the Company's issued capital consisted of 812,756,079 Ordinary shares of 10p each.

Therefore, the total number of current voting rights in the Company was 812,756,079.

The above figure (812,756,079 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
