Iofina received notification on 23 November that, following the acquisition of a further 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 19 pence per Ordinary Share, Dr. Chris Fay is now interested in 1,230,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
