IMI PLC - GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER THE NEW IMI PLC SHARE OPTION PLAN
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) IMI plc (the "Company") announces that on 3 September 2009 the Company granted to each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility options over the number of ordinary shares of £0.25 each in the Company shown against his name below in accordance with the rules of the Company's new Share Option Plan with an exercise price of £440.93 per share.
