Director's Dealings

The Company received notification on 3 April 2012 that Anthony Lawrinson, a director of the Company, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 49 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 April 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Lawrinson has a beneficial interest in 35,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
